Dynamic analysis of routine blood test and cytokines in patients with different outcomes. (A) The absolute numbers of neutrophils, lymphocytes, platelets, and NLR and (B) the values of IL-2R, IL-6, IL-10, and IL-2R/lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of mild (yellow line), severe (blue line), and deceased (red line) COVID-19 patients were analyzed at different time points (every 3 days from day 3 to day 45 after onset of illness). Data in each time point are expressed as median with interquartile range. The smoothing cubic splines were fitted to the values of different parameters to summarize the overall trend.
