IL‐2 production via PD‐L1 blockade by anti‐PD‐L1 mAb. PBMCs were isolated from healthy piglets (n = 6) and cultured with anti‐PD‐L1 mAb (4G12‐C1) or rat IgG_2a control in the presence of SEB. After 3 days, culture supernatants were collected and IL‐2 levels were measured by ELISA in duplicate. Significant differences between the treatments were identified using the Wilcoxon signed‐rank test.
