Impaired autophagy in STZ‐SD rat skin wounds. (A) Protein lysates of rat skin wounds were analyzed by Western blot analysis for LC3II/I and P62. Beta‐actin antibody was employed as a loading control. (B) Quantification of the conversion of LC3‐I to LC3‐II, and of P62.
