(a) Representative full-field scotopic and photopic ERG responses of the Tsc1-cKO and control mice at 1, 2, 5, and 7 months of age. Rapid decrease of both scotopic and photopic responses was observed in the Tsc1-cKO mice. (b) Average a- and b-wave amplitudes at different units of luminance in Tsc1-cKO and control mice by age. The age of each group was indicated at the left side. The responses of 24-month-old C57BL/6 (old) were compared to that of the 5-month-old Tsc1-cKO and control.
