Estimated-residual astigmatism D values of 0 (0.53 ± 0.12) and 1–9° groups (0.63 ± 0.17) were significantly lower than those of 10–19 (0.85 ± 0.26), 20–29 (0.99 ± 0.34), and over 40° groups (1.02 ± 0.38) in steep and flat meridian deviations at postoperative 2, 4, and 6 months (P < 0.05).
