Absence of structural retinal toxicity in belinostat-treated eyes compared with melphalan. Histopathology demonstrated normal retinal architecture in untreated eyes (A) and in the saline-treated eyes (B). Eyes treated with intravitreal injections of 350 µg belinostat (C) or 700 µg belinostat (D) were both histologically indistinguishable from saline-treated (or untreated) eyes.
