Mono-sodium urate–induced spontaneous pain behaviors in chickens of gouty arthritis. (b) Injection of MSU increased the number of spontaneous pain behaviors in chickens of gouty arthritis at 1 h after MSU injection and disappeared at 4 h after injection. (c), (d) 1 h after MSU injection, the total time in 5 min and average time of each flinching and sitting of chickens suffering gouty arthritis increased and disappeared after 4 h.
