Baseline characteristics of ApoE^−/− mouse was recorded. And the blood samples of them were collected and subjected to biochemical analysis. Before surgery represents the group without ALZET minipump implantation. NS infusion represents the group infused with normal sodium solution (vehicle). Omentin-1 represents the group infused with omentin-1-containing solution [
