The patient presented with one hyperkeratotic pink papule (A) surrounded by generalized hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, and diffuse actinic damage. The papule labeled as (A) was also biopsied and diagnosed as a basal cell carcinoma. Focusing on the right central anterior neck is a pink to erythematous atrophic plaque with arborizing telangiectasias (B); this represents our area of interest and the subject of this case report.
