Incubator 1 contained the complete Pollen-ALI where the pollen was dosed to the cells. Pollen sedimentation was completed after 10 min and the exposed cells were transferred into a second incubator and kept at ALI conditions for the indicated times. Both incubators were at 37°C and 5% CO2.
