Arthroscopic images of a second look of the patient 7. This patient underwent partial medial meniscectomy 37 years ago at the age of 21. In 1999 the patient underwent ACL reconstruction combined with medial CMI implantation. During the surgery, a chondropathy grade II was already reported. There was evidence of mild cartilage degeneration at the last follow-up, while the CMI showed good integration with the host tissue and no tears were detected
