(a) The variation in the dielectric properties of the composites with respect to temperature at 1 MHz. The significant spike in the values is due to a probable phase transition of BST, and (b) shows the dependence of the $ϵ_{r}$ (at 310 K) on the grain size of the composites. The relationship is found to be exponential with the adjusted R square value of 0.98. Similarly, (c), the variation of $ϵ_{r}$ with respect to the at.% of BST in the composites is considered. The variation is again exponential, with the R square value of the fit at 0.98.
