Levels of riboflavin, FMN and FAD were measured in dark adapted, 9-month-old +/+ (WT) and −/− (KO) retinas. FMN and FAD showed no differences between WT and Rtbdn-KO. Levels of riboflavin were only slightly reduced. Values represent average levels in pmoles per eye ± standard deviation (sd).
