Immunoblot analysis of subunits of TFIID and PCAF complexes. DT40-TAF31 cells were cultured in the presence of Tet for the indicated time before harvest. Total lysates were prepared and quantitated by the Bradford method. Equal amounts of lysates were fractionated on SDS-PAGE gels and probed with antibodies directed against the indicated proteins.
