The construct was linearized at the MluI site located at the center of tubulin intergenic region (T) and then electroporated into trypanosomes. The cell line was doubled labeled with rabbit-derived anti-TrpE (15 nm of gold) (Lee, unpublished) and rat-derived anti-CRAM (5 nm of gold).
