Mice were intranasally vaccinated with 2 shots of BC-PIV or BC-PIV/S-2PM as shown in Figure 6A. The sere used in Figure 6E were used for authentic SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing assay against SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan strain and variants of concern (VoCs). Virus neutralization titers are shown as the reciprocal of the highest serum dilution that completely prevented the viral cytopathic effects.
