Each point is the average of two samples measured twice and (b) the results of a Mn release test in HEPES buffer 20 mM performed with a 0.47 T NMR relaxometer. Dialysates of MnCl₂, Mn@HFn-RT, and MnCl₂ + HFn were checked, and the T₁ relaxation time was expressed as a function of time. Each point is the average of four measurements.
