My work is important because I help people

Notes: All variables had Likert scale response options where 1 = strongly agree, 2 = agree, 3 = neutral, 4 = disagree and 5 = strongly disagree. Variables were chosen through examination of existing motivation measurement surveys and discussion among investigators.
