Induction of PGAR expression during adipocyte differentiation. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were cultured to confluence and induced to differentiate using established protocols, i.e., 3 days of dexamethasone-isobutylmethylxanthine-insulin treatment followed by insulin treatment.
