In vitro release kinetics of the Dex released from ProGel-Dex. ProGel-Dex formulations (Dex content ranging from 18 to 24 w/w%) were prepared in a releasing buffer (pH = 5.0). The red dot, blue square, and black triangle represented each ProGel-Dex at 15, 20, 25 w/v% concentration, respectively. The percentage of Dex released represents that of the total Dex loaded in ProGel-Dex.
