Upper panels in (A) and (B) show the experimental protocol for recording baseline and phases I and II recordings postaddition of TETS (3.0 µM) and subsequent addition of either PERAMP (0.1–3.0 µM) or MDZ (1–30 µM), respectively. Only phase II responses are analyzed in this study.
