DAAM2 expression affected mTOR, Rho and Wnt–β-catenin pathways. (A) The ratio of p-S6K T389 to total S6K was reduced in siDAAM2 versus siNC podocytes. (B) DAAM2 knockdown numerically reduced GTP-bound Rho (active Rho)/total Rho versus control.
