SARS-CoV-2–reactive IFN-γ–producing T cells in KTRs according to the severity of the disease 3 mo after infection. T-cell numbers (expressed as SFC/10⁶ CD3⁺ T cells) reactive to 9 overlapping peptide pools spanning SARS-CoV-2 structural proteins S (pool S1 and S2), N, M, E, and accessory proteins ORF3-A, -7A, -8, and -9B in transplanted patients (KTRs) and patients on dialysis (DPs) with SARS-CoV-2–positive RT-PCR.
