MGQD and FMT attenuated inflammatory response in colonic tissues of mice with DSS-induced colitis. (A) The expression levels of pro-inflammation cytokines IL-17A, IL-21 and anti-inflammation cytokines IL-4 and TGF-β were determined in colon tissue homogenate using ELISA methods among six groups.
