Viability of M. haemolytica A2 cultures in the presence of apo-BLf. The BHI culture medium was supplemented with the apo-BLf concentration indicated. Cultures were started with 10⁶ bacteria and incubated at 37 °C for up to 9 h. At the times indicated, a sample was obtained, diluted, and cultured on BHI agar, and the CFUs were determined.
