(c, d) Representative Western blot bands have shown the level of p-AMPK and SOCS3 in THP1 cells cultured with different concentrations of lidocaine for 6 h. Significant difference was revealed following one-way ANOVA (P < 0.05 and ∗∗P < 0.01 vs. control; Bonferroni post hoc tests).
