Landscape of non-surgical treatment strategy for SCCHN. In locally advanced patients, multimodal therapy including radiation and systemic chemotherapy are the standard regimen. Clinical evidence of molecular targeted drugs to these patients is limited yet. In progressed and/or relapsed setting, on the other hand, systemic chemotherapy is the standard and there are newly approved or investigating molecular targeted drugs. Some recurrent patients have locally recurrent diseases, to whom new local treatments have been investigated
