lncRNA-DAW potentiated in vitro and in vivo tumor growth as well as cancer metastasis

(A) The RNA levels of lncRNA-DAW were examined in the lncRNA-DAW-overexpressing stable cell lines. (B) The effect of lncRNA-DAW on cell growth was determined by MTT assay (n = 4). (C) The effect of lncRNA-DAW on colony formation was evaluated by colony formation assay (n = 4). (D) The anchorage-independent growth was monitored by soft agar assay (n = 4). (E) The lncRNA-DAW and corresponding control cells were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. The nude mice were sacrificed and the tumor tissues were collected. Tumor weight and tumor volumes were measured and calculated (n = 5). (F) The lncRNA-DAW and vector-transfected stable cells were introduced into nude mice through tail vein. The lung tissues were collected at the indicated time points. (G) The lung tissues were subjected to hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining.
