lncRNA-DAW potentiated in vitro and in vivo tumor growth as well as cancer metastasis

(A) The RNA levels of lncRNA-DAW were examined in the lncRNA-DAW-overexpressing stable cell lines. (B) The effect of lncRNA-DAW on cell growth was determined by MTT assay (n = 4). (C) The effect of lncRNA-DAW on colony formation was evaluated by colony formation assay (n = 4). (D) The anchorage-independent growth was monitored by soft agar assay (n = 4).
