Figure 8: — Comparison of protein levels among COVID-19 patient groups (p-value < 0.05, Kruskal-Wallis test). COL18A1 was highly ranked by Deep IDA, and the other 8 proteins are shared by the “FXR/RXR Activation” and “LXR/RXR Activation” pathways. Protein expression levels for ALB, APOM, and TF are lower in patients with COVID-19 (especially in patients with COVID-19 who were admitted to the ICU). Protein expression levels for AGT and CLU are higher in patients with COVID-19 admitted to the ICU compared to the other groups.
