(b) Contraction of the detrusor muscle induces fluctuations in pressure within the bladder resulting in fluctuations in Pdet. (c) Detrusor contraction also produce tensile loading in the bladder wall. We hypothesis that this change in the loading state of the bladder wall will result in fluctuations in the Lamb wave velocities measured by UBV.
