Effects of ES, indomethacin, and meloxicam on 6-Keot-PGF1α (a) and PGE2 (b) production in LPS-induced THP-1 cells. Cells were treated with ES, indomethacin, and meloxicam (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 μg/mL) for 12 h after exposure to LPS (1 μg/mL) for 12 h. The supernatant was collected to ELISA kits.
