Fig. 8 — Cellular LDs in myoblast can recruit actinins through the LD-related proteins ACSL3 and LPCAT1. When the cellular microfilaments remodeling (e.g., migration, fusion) which promoted contact between LDs and ARF1-COPI vesicles. Meanwhile, the recruited actinins are released from maternal LDs. Thereafter, the released actinins from the LDs were involved the polymerization and remodeling of microfilaments. LDs contribute the process of cellular microfilaments remodeling.
