Substrate concentrations were as follows: 1% (wt/vol) xyloglucan; 50 mM for d-glucose, d-galactose, and d-raffinose; and 3 mM for butan-2-ol, butan-1-ol, benzyl alcohol, cinnamyl alcohol, octan-1-ol, decan-1-ol, and glycolaldehyde dimer.
