Each circle represents an individual mouse. Samples are colored by age: young (Blue) mice and aged (Red) mice. PCoA directionality and association indicates similarity of bacterial profiles within subjects. Permutational Multivariate Analysis of Variance (PERMANOVA), age effect was significant (p<0.001).
