Effects of lidocaine on the viability and LDH release of OGD/R-induced neurons. OGD/R-exposed cerebral cortical neurons were treated with 10 µg/ml lidocaine or saline. Cells were divided into four groups: i) Control; ii) OGD/R; iii) OGD/R + saline; and iv) OGD/R + lidocaine. (A) Cell viability was evaluated by performing the MTT assay.
