Improvement in R-PAS codes means lower scores at posttest (pretest minus posttest), although for complexity, the interpretation depends on the quality of the responses. Improvement in anxiety, depression, and PTSD means lower symptom scores at posttest (pretest minus posttest). Improvement in QOL means higher QOL scores at posttest (posttest minus pretest).
