Membership grades for two-target combinations of antimetabolites. Membership grades of cell viability (), metabolic deviation (), and side effect () for two-target combinations of antimetabolites for colon cancer treatment. Cancer cell cytotoxicity was observed for each treatment. Inhibition of two-target antimetabolites (except folate enhancement) improved membership grades compared with one-target counterparts. Glutamate combined with the metabolites in the central carbon metabolism such as g3p, 3pg, 2pg, pep, and pyr had the highest grades. Error bar around each estimate was obtained through ten repeated executions.
