Selected publications on the independent use of 3D/Embryoid Body and 2D/monolayer systems in hematopoietic differentiation from hPSCs. The table displays the differences in the generation of hematopoietic lineages under these two conditions. Additionally, results show the importance of Wnt/β-catenin signaling activation during in vitro differentiation of hPSCs of the definitive hematopoietic fate.
