Release of soluble IDO1 by primed MenSCs. The MenSCs (n = 3) were primed with several combinations and concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IFNγ and TNFα) and the TLR ligands (LPS and Poly (I:C)). Levels of released IDO1 by the cells were tested by ELISA. A paired t-test was used to compare IDO1 levels in the basal MenSCs against different priming conditions.
