crBAP31 inhibits Fas-mediated redistribution of γ-actin. Control (parental) KB epithelial cells and KB cells stably expressing crBAP31-Flag were stimulated with anti-Fas–CHX (αFas/CHX) for the indicated times and examined by immunofluorescence confocal microscopy using a rabbit anti-γ-actin antibody and goat anti-rabbit IgG coupled to Alexa 488.
