Resveratrol reduced the expression of ICAM-1 (A) and CCL2 (B) in ECs. EA.hy926 cells were pretreated with various concentrations of resveratrol (R) for 1 h prior to the addition of TNF-α (T, 10 ng/mL) for 1 h in the continued presence or absence of resveratrol.
