Cytotoxicity effect of OESA in Raji cells. Raji cells (6 × 104/well) were exposed to serial dilutions of OESA (0.16 mg/mL, 0.31 mg/mL, 0.625 mg/mL, 1.25 mg/mL, 2.5 mg/mL, 5 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL) for 72 h and further incubated with MTT solution in dark for 4 h. The absorbance was measured at 570 nm and the % of cytotoxicity was calculated. Results were expressed as mean ± standard deviations (n = 3).
