* The observed (O) and expected (E) number of seedlings with or without the transgene were determined through genotyping and calculated based on an expected ratio of 3:1 for single integration, respectively. Number of transgene integrations was estimated based on the whether the calculated chi-square Χ2 value exceeds the critical value of 3.841 to reject or accept the null hypothesis of being one or more integrations.
