Tumor inhibitory effects of dietary GE on tumor growth in TNBC BCM−3204 PDX mouse model and TM00091 PDX model. Female NSG mice (5 per group) were implanted PDX tumors at 8 weeks of age and administrated either control or GE diet when primary tumor outgrowth reached 2 mm in diameter.
