Cell isolation by the IsoMAG System resulted in high recovery rates for head and neck cancer cells. (A) Different numbers of HNSCCUM-02T cells were spiked in blood samples and enriched by EpCAM-coupled T1-beads using the IsoMAG unit. (B) For cell counting, recovered cells were stained with Hoechst dye, cytokeratin (panCK-PE) and CD45-FITC antibodies and quantified by fluorescence microscopy.
