Bacterial clearance in mice treated with compound 62520. Immunocompetent mice were intraperitoneally infected with 1.0 × 109 CFUs of A. baumannii ATCC 17978-lux strain, and, 2 h after bacterial injection, 2.8 mg/kg of compound 62520 was injected in the opposite side of their abdomen. The control mice were injected with the same volume of PBS. The color bar beside IVIS images indicates the intensity of radiance (p/sec/cm2/sr).
