CI values for the combination of BX-795 and doxorubicin at different effective doses (ED50, ED75, ED90, ED95). CI values were calculated by the Chou-Talalay method for drug interactions. Values of CI < 1, = 1 and > 1 indicate synergism, additive effects, and antagonism, respectively.
