Effect of CT-133 on LPS-induced pulmonary vascular permeability. Twenty-four hours after LPS challenge, (A) albumin concentration in BAL fluid was measured using albumin determination kits. (B) Evans blue dye (50 mg/kg) was injected into the caudal vein of all mice 1 h before euthanasia.
