Pentablock copolymer (PBC) micelle adjuvants did not induce the production of NO or ROS by APCs. (A) Nitric oxide production by BMDCs, (B) BMDC mitochondrial superoxide production, and (C) reactive oxygen species production in the BMDC cytosol were measured in the supernatants and cells stimulated with the treatment groups (PBC micelles at the concentration of 12.5 μg/mL and LPS at 1 μg/mL) for 48 h using Griess assay and flow cytometry.
