Fig. 3. — blast comparison of IncFIB plasmid identified in S . enterica Infantis isolate 114061 (SRR6854755) from a human in this study (inner blue ring ring) compared to a known IncFIB plasmid (NCBI accession no. CP016409) found in S . enterica Infantis isolated from chickens in the USA (middle green ring) [5] and an S . enterica Infantis human isolate from Israel (outer yellow ring) [9]. Region 1 consists of the following resistance determinants: bla _CTX-M-65 (ESBL); fosA3 (fosfomycin); floR (chloramphenicol); aph(4)-la, aac(3)-IV, aph(3)-la (aminoglycosides); dfrA-14 (trimethoprim); ars (arsenic). Region 2 confers the following resistance: tetA (tetracycline), sul1 (sulfonamides), aadA1 (aminoglycosides), mer (mercury).
